Materials

Aluminum

Ferrier Wire stocks and weaves aluminum mesh for use as light weight and corrosion resistant railing infill panels, guarding and birdscreen. Ferrier Wire also stocks a variety of aluminum insect screen.

Brass

Ferrier Wire stocks and weaves a range of brass weavmesh for use in industrial filtration applications as well as architectural and design applications.

Bronze

A selection of bronze weavemesh that is particularly attractive for use in architectural and design applications due to the natural warmth of the bronze colour.

Copper

Ferrier Wire stocks and weaves a range of copper weavemesh for use in industrial filtration applications, RFI and EMI shielding as well as in architectural and design projects.

Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel

Industrial wire mesh and wire cloth for use in filtration and sifting applications with various 304 and 316 options. 304 stainless steel is food grade stainless steel and is also commonly referred to as 18/10 stainless steel. 316 grade stainless steel is a highly corrosion resistant option that is suitable for marine environments, making it a slightly more expensive option.

Galvanized

A selection of weavemesh woven from a galvanized (zinc coated) wire for use as guarding, railing infill panels and screening. The zinc coating offers protection against elements and is corrosion resistant, making this a great option for outdoor applications.

Galvanized

Black PVC

This is a GBW (galvanized before welding) weldmesh which then receives a PVC coating to create a durable product for outdoor, railing and playground use. Due to its black PVC coating, this product is extremely corrosion resistant and great for outdoor applications. Our 1/2" x 1/2" black PVC product has been used extensively for wildlife barriers in harsh, outdoor environments.

Mild Steel

A selection of mild steel woven, welded, perforated, and expanded products with various applications in both design and industrial sectors. Mild steel is a very cost effective option with many unique design perforated patterns perfect for interior decor or cabinetry. However, it is worth noting that mild steel will eventually rust and corrode over time if it is not given a protective coating such as a powder coat or clear coat.
