Brass weavemesh
Browse Our Collection of Brass mesh
Our brass mesh is woven from brass wire, an alloy that is composed of approximately 70% copper and 30% zinc. Brass is known for its durability, high tensile strength, flexibility, and abrasion-free properties. In addition to these physical characteristics itβs gold appearance can add a stylish design element to your project. While there are different brass alloys depending on the proportions of copper and zinc present, Ferrier Wire primarily works with C260 brass alloy. Please note all of our brass mesh is woven; we do not supply any welded or perforated brass material, however plated brass finishes are available for many of our other materials.

Brass mesh is suitable for the following applications:
- - Millwork and cabinetry
- - As birdscreen, vent and soffit screen
- - Finer mesh often used for filtration
- - Various design applications
Please note that none of our brass products are lacquered or finished. This means that they will naturally darken over time. If they are exposed to moisture, they will turn black.
