To add to our galvanized products outdoor uses, the galvanization process is also much more sustainable for the environment than the manufacturing processes of other metals and finishes as it causes minimal emissions and contamination for the environment. Our galvanized material is also easily recycled with other metal scrap to ensure minimal waste is produced from our shop. These are strictly welded galvanized products that are available in standard-sized rolls of material. These rolls are manufactured in Italy and may offer a better alternative for some projects. Offering corrosion and rust protection due to the hot dip galvanized zinc coating, galvanized woven wire mesh offers an ideal option for outdoor usage. Ferrier Wires galvanized woven wire mesh can be used in railing, design applications, guarding, as well as various sifting and ventilation purposes. Some of our galvanized woven wire mesh is actually woven in house using our loom. Our 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x .144” dia wire to our 1/2” to 1/2” x 0.116” dia wire patterns are made at Ferrier Wire using galvanized wire. Both Doppio G1.25 and Doppio G.75 are also woven using our loom at Ferrier. Our Doppio pattern is especially unique because of its double woven wires, creating a design that is perfect for decorative railings, infills, and other design applications of similar nature. Doppio is also available in other materials such as stainless steel, bronze, and even our BSS75 pattern that combines C260 brass and 304 grade stainless steel for an even more unique aesthetic.
